Equity Symposium

Flyer Equity Symposium (2).jpg

L&P Educational Services coordinates a one-day Equity Symposium for school districts and organizations that brings together dynamic professionals for a collaborative learning experience for all participants. The goal of the Symposium is to explore injustices and inequitable practices within educational institutions as they relate to racially, culturally, and linguistically diverse students. We aim to provide educators with a professional learning opportunity to reflect on and enhance their practice in the pursuit of educational equity.

The Equity Symposium consists of a Keynote Speaker and an extraordinary list of presenters that are thought provoking, accessible, and empowering which will allow educators to foster equitable and culturally responsive environments where all students thrive and meet their full potential. The Equity Symposium will be tailored to each institution's goals as it relates to equity and culturally responsive practices. Leaders of the institutions will work with the Co-Chief Empowerment Officers from L&P Educational Services to create a unique learning experience for all staff.
